Website Exclusivity Ethics?
I was paid handsomely to make a turnkey website for a client and now he's making a ton of money every month from it. One of his members has contacted me to do the same thing for him, which would of course become my client's competitor.
Do you feel it's ethical for my client to provide me all the specs he wanted for a successful site/system only to have me turn around and develop the same for a competitor? Do you feel it's ethical for me to charge my client exclusivity rights and how might that work if I did?
