Building a Large Lead Gen Site: custom vs Wordpress vs Joomla vs Drupal

I am soon to embark on the task of building a large lead gen site. I was wondering if anyone has done it and if there was a script they use.

Im looking for the functionality for someone to submit their information and then according to zip code, the system sends an sms message to the person in that area. Of course the system needs to have a highly functionable back end for billing and such.

I could have this functionality built on to a wordpress, joomla or drupal as well but I don't know which one would be the best. ANy advice is appreciated!

Are you looking at an SMS Auto Responder?
I would go for Joomla because it is more flexible...

I'd go with Wordpress.

Its very flexible, and there is tons of info on it out there.

I too would go with wordpress - heavily supported with multiple plugins that should be able to do all you want and more and wordpress is more SEO friendly than Drupal or Joomla and html custom.
