Tips on monetizing celebrity gossip blogs?

Hey Guy's,
I'm getting some decent traffic coming to some articles I've posted in the celebrity gossip niche. Adsense isn't cutting it, and CPA offers just don't seem targeted...Anyone have some ideas?:confused:

    Try clickbank with weight loss or hair loss products. something general that most people can relate to

    I'd say if CPAs aren't converting (have you actually tried that), I would not recommend you to promote clickbank products, because they're not anymore targeted than CPAs and the hurdle is higher (people actually have to part with their money) than CPAs.

    You could promote fan merchandise, itunes downloads (for pop stars), magazine subscriptions, ringtones, mobile gaming apps, etc...

      Thank you both. Some of the CPA offers I've tried have been in the weight loss vertical, so not sure I want to continue trying weight loss ideas....

      im curious about the itunes idea,have never done that. How does their affiliate program work?Does anyone here have feedback on itunes affiliate programs?

    The Itune aff program offers I believe 4 to 5 percent. Which is not bad if you are selling crazy. The itunes aff program would be good if you are writing about a singer or artist and you offer their songs. Do some digging, if your celebrity has written a book, sell that celebrities book. The possibilities are endless, if you post about a celebrity and they have a movie in amazon, or a dvd tv series, for example the collection of "Friends" dvd series. I dont want to get flagged so instead go to google and search celebrity affiliate programs there are actually some that would work with that niche. I hope this helped are got your gears turning...
