I am setting up a WSO, and there seems to be a bit of a catch-22.
WSO set up procedure...
1.- Created the sale page - did it in Photoshop because I wanted visuals
2..- Uploaded the images to a website so the WF would be able to link to the images
3.- Created the WSO sales page in the test forum here at the WF, and left blank spaces where I would put the buy button's code
4.- Copied the BB code created by the test forum page, and started a new thread in the WSO section. This part of the process sends the WSO page to admin for approval.
5.- Received approval, and the page will launch the moment payment of the $40 WSO fee is made.
6.- To get the BB code for the buy button I needed to know what the URL would be once the WSO was launched. A quick Help-Desk ticket to the WF, and Thomas sent me the URL.
Here is the catch 22...
Once the payment is made to the WF, the sales page launches, but it does not yet contain the BB code for the buy button. The BB code cannot be added until the WSO launches, because there is not any access to that sales page until it launches.
The question is...
Do you just scramble like crazy to open the newly launched WSO, and do a quick edit to add the BB buy button code?
The button cannot be created until the URL is known, and the WSO has to be submitted to the WF admin first (before getting the BB buy button code) in order to get the URL from the help desk.
Life used to be soooo simple when we used pencil and paper, and took the bus.
