Have you tried offering it in any formats other than video?

Roxanne, I think your bullet points could be more enticing. There are literally thousands of website articles out there right now that list off all the best foods that are excellent for your skin. Any reputable health and beauty website will have countless articles on this, without having to opt-in. Why should anyone expect anything different from what they're offering and what you are?

You may have secret little tips that no one else has talked about, but how does anyone arriving on your page know that?

My point: The perceived value of what you are offering for an email address is nothing worth considering in my opinion. Telling a person that you know 4 foods that are great for natural beautiful looking skin is not appealing enough. I could just type "10 best foods for healthy skin" into Google and I would have many websites giving me that information.

If your info is better, then make damn well sure you let the person know that on the page they arrive on. Play around with it a bit. Don't be afraid to change things around. Create a short pdf report to go with your video and also create a stunning eBook cover to go with it. Have that on your page and the perceived value has just skyrocketed.

    Best of luck.

The capture page looks fine and actually has everything you need for your target audience. One suggestion I have is actually to not have the video on autoplay. Let visitors click on it if they want. It ads a certain appeal. It will also bring some opt-ins from people who actually read what you're saying because they aren't automatically drawn to the video.

The second reason I would say you aren't getting opt-ins is probably due to traffic. For this kind of capture page to work, you need VERY targeted traffic and a lot of it. Remember that only a percentage of people coming, even those who are interested in this topic, will actually fill in their information.

To get more opt-ins your opt-in form needs to jump off
      the page more.

At the moment, the opt-in form has the same color background
as the rest of the page (i.e. white).

I'd suggest having a completely different colored background
for the opt-in form section and/or have an arrow pointing to
the opt-in box together with a call-to-action phrase.

The auto-play video may be a turn-off for people and also
the fact that the video can't be stopped either.

In your video, give a crystal clear call to action and point
to the opt-in box below the video and tell people exactly
what you want them to do.

You'll get more sign-ups if you ask for their e-mail only.

Your bullet points aren't particularly enticing and the first
      one has a spelling mistake.

Also, you're offering a free 5-minute video - you may be
better off not mentioning the length as that's pretty
      short.

      Dedicated to mutual success,

Is the autoplay thing a setting on youtube? I can't seem to figure out how to stop it from doing that.

I did use the Perfect Capture Page Machine to make that page.

Thanks for the feedback everyone I am going to work on my copy. I can easily give away a pdf along with it because I made slides for the video so maybe I'll add that on as well.

      Thanks again!!!

Before finding answer to why you are not getting signups. Can you find answers to the following questions -

    - Is your autoresponder form set properly, have you done a test subscription ?
    - How much traffic are you getting to your pages.

Video doesn't load on my end.

The screen cap of the video shows:

Also I suggest getting 25 or 50 or whatever the current # of likes for your page, and getting a custom name. It will be much easier to give it to people.

    As to testing - try:

    - logging out of facebook, then accessing the page
    - use private browsing mode to ensure your cookies aren't being used
    - use a different browser to ensure everything shows up the way it should

    Other thoughts:

As to the squeeze page itself, it looks very optimize-press and it should be fine. No review on the content, just the look & feel.

Why do you have your landing page on Facebook??

The video itself is very small. And why is the video on Youtube? Other marketers have recommended ezs3.com for the ability to host videos without all the youtubiness/distraction.

I was thinking a 5 minute video would be enticing because they would get the information they wanted quickly instead of having to invest a lot of time into it.

I wrote an ebook in which I am going to charge for on homemade skincare.

Maybe I will write a shorter one on healthy skin to give away for free instead of the 5 minute video.

In your experience, what is more enticing. A video or an ebook?

For me, the font is quite small. Try increasing the size - to 12 point maybe. It's probably 10, but in Firefox, it looks smaller.

Make your bullet points punchier. Yours are not enticing enough. For example:

The recommendations in this video are the first things I did personally to correct my own skin.

    You might change it to:

Discover 3 things I did to cure my acne

See? More specific. Make them curious to find out what you're going to tell them.

The squeeze page looks good. Host it on your own site as opposed to Facebook. Consider requiring email only, and not their full name.

I've come up with two reasons for no one signing up...

Everyone who sees the page has got perfect skin

    -OR-

People are having a hard time reading the small words on your capture page (assuming you are targeting a bit of an older demographic with not so good eyesight - especially from looking at pictures on FB)

    To your success!

Roxanne, I made the whole trip through your FB ad to find out any problem.
    Are you still testing it?
When your AR sent me the email and I hit the link "Click here for access to my...." I get into your site page with a form there saying *This presentation is password protected...* and there you are asking again another optin to receive your posts!
If you are still testing, you're loosing money with the clicks that takes the visitor nowhere.
You could still test the thing but send the visitors to your final offer/s for the same money.
I suggest you to review your strategy.
    Sorry for spending a click

Roberto, I appreciate you taking the time to do that. I thought i took that password thing off...but anyway I fixed it now.

The page that I had the video embedded into is just a "page" on my wordpress blog. Are you saying that I shouldn't have it there because I have my blog opt in on the side bar?

In general all you want to do in a squeeze page is solve one problem right now! How about something clever like this; "the problem with your skin is at the end of a fork" But use your own words! Based on my experience most Marketers try to solve too many problems at one time.

Example: If a guy just lost his girl friend he wants to know how to get her back right now. Not next week or a month from now.

Another exampleeople say that the BMW is a great car. When you get enough money to buy one you walk into a dealership the salesman will try to get you to test drive the car because you will never be the same.(LOL) I guess you could call that their USP!

Hey Roxana, the less the people is forced to write their name and email, the sooner they'll get into your offer or sales page.
When I'm buying some IM stuff out there and after I optin they send me to another optin form I say Oh God again the same rubbish I just did...too much work just to see...and I run away.
I would suggest to separate your landing page from your blog posts, eventhough both belong to the same WP site.
        Good luck!

Just so we're on the same page, how much traffic have you sent and what is the source?

The reason I ask is I hear some people say "I'm not getting sales/sign ups" then that turns into "I've sent 60 people to a site from a banner and no one bought".

Honestly, if you aren't AT LEAST 1,000 visitors in, you have no idea how it's going to convert for that source.

I'd either add a live video on autoplay (like others said) or I'd add a disabled video with the arrows (like O-Press has).
