Ebay restrictions... but no info on how to lift?

Just tried to list an item on Ebay, and got this...

You can not submit your listing due to the following problems
You've reached your selling limits on the US eBay site.
On the US eBay site you can sell up to 10 items or up to $500 per month, whichever comes first.

Although you've reached your limits in the US, you may still be eligible to list items domestically.

.... so... anyone know how to lift this?

I'm assuming I need some sort of pro account?

Have you tried contacting eBay and asking them?

That would be step 2... was hoping for an easy solution.

I'm in China... so, hoping to avoid a scratchy 15 min on hold skype call.

You're likely to get a bunch of opinions here and not the right answer. My guess would be that you haven't been with eBay long enough and until you have a certain number of sales to your credit you're going to have restrictions.

You don't have to call them. Do a quick search of their TOS or just shoot them an email. Good luck...

Have you listed an approved Paypal account?
I had a similar message and when I did that it gave me 100 listings or $7500 per month

Thanks guys... I'll go the online route and see if I can get it fixed. I'm assuming that people can still buy from me... I just can't list anymore.

Yes and you need to keep up working and providing good services. Your limit will increase after you will get good DSR.
