I need advice from FB experts

I am by no means a FB or any kind of social media guy.
I can do enough to get buy, sell the services, and outsource things.

So here is my dilema....
I have an offline client that does massages.
They are hosting a one year anniversary party and want to get the word out.
I recommended them giving away 5 free massages.
Have someone like their page, then share the post and tag 4 other people they would like to get a free massage for. This will help it go viral and start getting some more likes to the page.
Do I have them make a post on their site with a like locker?
Or, jsut have them make a post on FB and share it that way?
I guess I just want to ensure likes before people go tagging.
I haven't seen a like locker that works on FB posts. It seems they only work on websites.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Actually you dont need FB to get the word out. Call their local radio station and do a contest. Then give away the coupons.

Keep it local and you will get takers.

The question is what is the targeted audience of that offline client of yours?

Am I the only one who saw this line in the OP?

"I recommended them giving away 5 free massages."

Is it not obvious what the target market is, and how radio would be inapporpriate?

Most massages are done locally unless you have a super rich client from Dubai who will fly to you for just a massage but of course her wouldnt need a coupon.

I'm just saying it's a local thing. Radio stations handles local listeners. FB doesn't directly. But to each its own. So go for it.

The people that already like the page are local. Then we would set up some FB ads targeted to the local area. Telling people about the free massages and how they can enter to win.
