How to edit my profile text inside my Gmail?

I use Gmail and I have a profile on Google plus . When I hover the cursor over my profile picture, it displays"

Since property consultant is my side business and I don't intend to do it any more, I want to remove it. But I don't know where I can edit this information. When I click the link behind it, I am taken to my Google+ page. There is an "edit profile" button, but after I click it, I can not find the piece of text "English-Chinese interpreter, purchasing agent, property consultant" which is displayed as my profile information inside Gmail. How to edit my profile information?

    I do it from Google talk. I think its the easiest way to do this. You should try it out.
