How do people do this?

Making a squeeze page, however I see that people do commentary over the text.

How do people create this text. Do the write this or use a dictation software?

So tell me forum, how do you do this?

Thanks again!

If you're talking about video presentations where the
presenter repeats the words that appear on the screen
    and change over time...

I use PowerPoint to create the simple slides and then
use Camtasia Studio to record the screen and audio.

To manage the video on the site, I control it using Easy
    Video Player 2.

I use Impress to create the slides. It's a free version of powerpoint - it comes with openoffice which you can download for free from openoffice.org. You create a slideshow then record yourself talking over the slideshow, I use camstudio which you can get for free from camstudio.org - then convert the avi file that camstudio spits out into a mp4 file using handbrake which you can get for free from handbrake.fr - that's what I do anyway.

Powerpoint is good but often times what I do is I write everything down, along with images, on a site/blog and once I have everything ready I simply use Camtasia and as it's recording I begin to scroll down the page I created. Sometimes this can be quicker sometimes it's not. I just enjoy trying new things with Camtasia which I recommend.
