What would you do with this site?

Hello Warriors.
2 years ago, I created my first website. Teens Cosmo | Your Number One Teenage Site
I didn't have much idea of what I was doing at that time. No specific niche or anything. More like a personal + relationship advice + anything random blog. Because of the age and the number of posts in this site, somehow it has become an authority site. I haven't update this site in quite a while tho. I have tried multiple ways to monetize the site using clickbank products, adsense and even tried to build a list but none work.

According to statpress, I've been getting almost 3k visitors monthly. I pretty sure there is something I can do about this amount. I do have other successful sites but I just don't feel letting this site expire just like that. Just wonder what you warriors would have in mind about this.

    adsense, clickbank, list building not working for you means you are not doing it right.
    so i would suggest learn more about this topics and do it again!

    Think like a Teen;
    Music, Movies, Fun, Rebellion, somewhere to just hang out with other teens. You may also be able to create some type of membership site to, but don't price it to high.

    As far as getting them into IM that would be hard since most are going to be under aged.

    What would I do?

    I build on your already in place reputation and post, post, post. Worry about the monetization next month when you've increased viewership. If you couldn't make any money with Adsense, it's probably because of your placement.

    Get to posting, or outsource the posts, in the "teen" niche, which is pretty much anything "cool" these days, and get to cracking on testing ad placement.

    Eventually, once you grow your audience, ditch Adsense and apply to come CPM networks.

    Sounds to me like you are moving in the right direction...so long as you keep moving! Don't let the site expire, whatever you do. Keep it current and continue to strive for more with adsence...maybe post some clickbank affiliate links as well. There are some very good ones (just gotta weed through them).

    I'll make a forum with that site about teen hobbies and interests... once it is populated, it will be huge and you'll have a lot of advertising options... You have a good domain..

    Have fun with your site. Put more attention. Build backlinks to get more traffic. Build a relevant facebook fanpage and get boosted with traffic.

    I went on the website and the first thing I noticed is the lack of a topic. Your website title could refer to a plethora of things and you are competing with. Try to do some rewriting keyword research on your website. I think you are already posting great content but whats the use if you aren't maximizing traffic?     In order to make money from website, my advice is write about particular subject matter you feel comfortable. This way one day ur site become an authority and gradually grow up relevant traffic as well..
