A paypal related problem

Hello,
I am from Pakistan and paypal is un available in our country (one of the very few countries on planet who don't have Paypal).

I am planning to launch a paid to click (not exactly something similar) site which will pay its members through Paypal. (I have no other option as every single website pays via Paypal and it is largest processor in the world).

So how it should be done? I mean I don't have Paypal and can't open an account. Also I don't have Credit card. So My only option is to use Alert pay, Moneybookers, Liberty reserve, Web money or simple bank transfer.

Is there any service which will make mass payments to members for me and I can pay them through Moneybookers or Bank transfer. What's the solution? I am stuck here. Please help.

    Hi,

    Do you not have any family in the UK or the USA (or any other country that has Paypal) that could maybe open an account to help you out?

    Or can you register a company or open a bank AC yourself in another country to try and get Paypal that way?

    Not sure how feasible either of the above are but best of luck with your venture!

      Hi Even if they open an account for me still how will I fund it or access it from here? thats the problem

      Do you know an place where I can get an online bank account?

    I think you should choose other business model, I undertand you mean a PTC, if so, I don't think is a very good idea since there is better options like you create an affiliate site for example or any other. And to be honest I think the 98% of the PTC sites fail

    Because I think the way you could get a paypal account would be you register a company in other country and open a paypal account for that company, thing that seems to be complicated

    If Paypal don't want you to have an account then you shouldn't. If you go head and get one by gaming the system then you are building your business on a house of cards and it could come crashing down any day of the week... at which stage you will have no one to blame except for yourself.

    I suggest leaving Paypal alone.

    First, there are plenty of reasons to avoid paypal. (Just do a quick search in this forum).

    However, if you're still determined to, choose a country with good banking. Get a dropbox in that country. Get on a plane. Open a bank account in that country.

    Or trust someone else in that country to open an account in their name (which I don't recommend).

      For a personal Paypal acount Paypal asks for the adress you live, not an adress where you has open a bank account, I know you tried to give him a solution but this things don't go too far, in my opinion

    Thanks all for replies. Well I am not thinking about gaming Paypal as I could have done it with VPN and so on. I am trying to find a leegit way or company that may be allows this kind of service. Unfortunately there is no other way for me for my website to operate.

    As someone else suggested, I would recommend looking at another business model (sorry to disappoint you). This one might not work in your current situation, and you will do more harm than good if you try and game the system!

    I would suggest looking into another option such as moneybookers and liberty reserve. Moneybooker works well in Pakistan.

    As for the business model I would suggest doing a quick survey of the traffic that PTC sites get over the years. The traffic has reduced by 23% this year alone, which is not a very good indication.
