Hi, newbie here (please dont be mean)

anyway, Is it a good idea to make a sigle general site to put several keywords niches in? Or do I have to buy several separate domains?

Let's say, I do something like an "amazon product review" site, or something to that extent. where I can just put different SEO articles in. like toys, tvs, books, electronics, health, grooming, dogs, etc. etc.

--------
Or do I have to buy several domains just to separate them. example, "amazon toys review, amazon furniture review, laptop reviews, etc etc.

Sorry. newbie. low budget. several domains can be expensive.

I think visitors apreciate more an specialized site, I mean, if they are looking for toys, they would be happier in a toy niche site

Althogh I think a general site is good idea and possible, but much more work, and should be an authority site, not easy to achieve

For newbies the best is a niche site, so do this.

My advice is choose a niche, and create a very quality site as possible

If you are going to build a review site then please register a catchy domain name containing the word "reviews" it should be short, design a professional logo for it, and targeted as many niche as you think beneficial for you...

You can build links on your home page, containing related keywords, words like:

    Best Reviews
    Best Brands
    Software Reviews
    Buy from Reviews site
    coupon for abc product

try to use some root word of categories in keywords like computer, laptop, software, ebooks etc.

This way your pages would also optimize which contain those keywords....if possible then build some links to your pages also to give it first position...

    It would work really......

I have also planned to launch a review site and I have registered a domain name "UseMyReviews.com"

Hello and welcome to the Warrior Forum. Due to how the search engines work, it would be best if you have one site per niche. For instance, if you decided you wanted to go into several niches like dating, weight loss, and make money, that would be three different sites. Each site should consist of both product reviews and articles about stuff going on in your niche. You should also build a list for each site.

    Good luck,
    Joey

Yeah, I was kinda thinking in the lines of squidoo or hubpages. where one site consists of several keywords.

But I now realize how hard the marketing effort will be on that kind of site.

Well geez. back to the drawing board.

It depends. Are the niches closely related? If they are it could be done on a single site, if not you are better off with separate sites IMHO.
