INTERNET MARKETING

Hey everyone, my name is Steve and I just wanted to introduce myself. A few months back I became obsessed with internet marketing and the idea of making money online. Although I have made a little money, I am certainly still a newbie. After reading through some threads here it has became obvious that there are a lot of knowledgeable members on this forum, and that is why I have joined. I look forward to learning as much as I can from you all.

A good place to start is the All in One Threads at the top of the page. The search function is also a good way to find threads on specific topics.

  That is very true. There are some dishonest people that say something and it is not true.
  
  You will come across some programs in the near future online that some guru wants to show you how he or she is earning $50,000-$100,000 per month. A lot of those websites are lying to you because they just teach you how to be their affiliate and will never ever give you their true secrets.

  Use the forum search as most all the basic questions have been well answered.
  
  Ignore people who post "PM me" or "click the link in my sig" to get answers. These people will just try to sell you something and if they were really interested in helping they would post the answer for all to benefit from.
  
  Don't take things personally. This is something I see a lot with newbies. If you can't take criticism then you should pick up your marbles and go home now.
