Joe Sugarman's Website Is Hacked?

As I'm an ardent fan of Joe Sugarman's work, I wanted to get more information about his products on the net. So I went to "Google" and typed "Joe Sugarman" in the search box.And here's what I found?

Check put the attached pic.
I'm wondering whether someone has hacked Joe's website,stolen his product and made it available on his own website or it's just my imagination.

    I loved Joe's stuff also.

    Joe passed away a year or two ago.
    Guess his sites aren't maintained the way they would if Joe was still around.

      As far as I know, Joe has not passed away. I saw him speak at JV Alert about three months.

    How much was the book selling for? I found it available for free download on some sites in Google, another one was selling it for $27
