I have just started a website where I hope to combine e-course and newsletter The Internet Goldmine Discovered for the African market but I will like to know if there places where I can get useful tips on how to run a succesful newsletter...

  Lakshay has a good point.
  
  One of the best ways to become successful pretty much any area of internet marketing is to reverse engineer someone else's success. Subscribe to some newsletters yourself, and make notes on what they do. Think about how you can improve on those newsletters, and suddenly you have a pretty good way of making money.
