Is The Internet Saturated With Make Money Blogs?

I sure think making money niche is a saturated niche but as long as your site/blog has something valuable and/or unique for the visitors, I do still think that there will still be visitors

Well,

The first thing you need to consider is how well are your sites ranking? If you aren't ranking for any key make money terms, then you probably aren't going to get much traffic.

If you are ranking well for those terms, then you need to question the quality of your site.

People are always looking for quick ways to make money, which is why there are so many sites about that very topic.

I would think its fair to say that, due to competition, you aren't promoting your make money sites enough if you promoting them the same as the children's story website.

are you doing the basics of internet marketing to gain traffic?

There is not any saturation with niches, but there is high competition in some of them, as the case of make money niche

You probably notice it a lot around Warrior Forum because a lot of the newer user base has likely been subjected to products that teach you how to teach others to teach others to make money online.

Try counting the "make money online blog" signatures you see in a day on this forum. 99% of them are being operated by people trying to make their first buck online. Not saying there is anything wrong with that. It's just that, for some reason, it seems that newbies jump into the MMO niche as their first niche choice. Almost by default.

I don't think it's saturated. I think its more about which blogs out there can serve your needs.

The money making niche is very competitive but everyone wants to know how to make money so for as long as your blogs are on top of the search engines or are very visible and your content is great, people will be flocking to your money blogs.

Instead of saturation the answer is more likely that you don't know how to do internet marketing enough to get people to visit your how to make money online with blogs blogs.

I personally think you can't saturate the money making niche. There are so many combinations and permutations of formulas to make money online and everyone wants to make money online. As long as your angle is right, you can do it.

I do alright with a few make money campaigns on the web even though my major focus is IT technology.

MMO niche extremely saturated. Plus all the information is either already available on other blogs, or eBooks - both free and paid. Also, a few people dominate the niche and milk it to the max - very little is left after that. However, there is scope if you can truly think out of the bos on a constant basis. MMO blogging is a waste of time. Spend the same time actually making money - and you'll be better off. Looking at other niches is a great idea! goodluck

It is saturated with porn as well, but it seems to do pretty well.

I don't think the MMO niche is saturated...but it IS filled with crappy MMO blogs. You can definitely make a dent in the niche, but you'll have to find your unique value add and reader base and put out extremely good content for them. You have to give a shit about them to actually have a chance...authenticity is key.

There´s a lot of competition and you have to be inventive. To become the "Talk of the Town". Like smartpassiveincome.com for instance. By publishing his profits (50K on average per month) people keep talking about the blog and linking to it. Since you don´t earn 50K a month you have to use use other link bait methods of course. Good content is not enough. You must know how to market it.

Well, I think the saturation of the internet with money making stuff is one of the main reasons but not the only reason why your 2 sites are not doing as well as the other one.

The saturation of money making blogs and the like only contributes because of the fact that people are now starting to doubt a lot of sites like this one, thus most will probably look away from your money making sites right at the first glance. This is just one of the reasons and other factors may very well be the reason.

A lot of people have their guard up in the make money niche. Also you can't just sell to this niche... you need to really provide value. If you can make "value" your core focus, then you can build a community where everyone helps everyone out and in the long run you can start making money because people will want to buy from you, knowing that you're an honest person who knows what they're talking about.

If you advertised, you could probably increase your visitors. And i dont think that too many "make money blogs" is the problem. I would check your marketing strategy, and add more methods to your "make money blogs" sites, and continue to test and track your results.

Not just the internet, but the markets in general in saturated with "how to make money" products. 99% of which I'd estimate are written by people that have never made any money doing business, only by selling information on how to make money.

if your are starting out I would not use the money making niche, its pretty saturated and full of tough comp. Find something else

even though the competition is tough, it sure is a good niche! many people are making money from it. problem is you need to use every single tool out there to make a go of it. stick to your business plan and you will make it.... Everything is hard until it's easy! But make it easier faster with education.

The internet is saturated with worthless blogs and bad content. If you create something truly valuable and unique, people will flock to it and buy from you. It's not crowded at the top!

I dont think the internet is saturated with blogs making money. However, at the same time we are in a time when internet monopoly is happening. Well has actually has happened a long time ago, so in other words its increasing. However, the key to success like normal is to create something unique rather than something generic that has been dont a thousand times before.

Your sites are overoptimized (stuffing keywords into titles, etc). The MMO blogs don't have much content. Study sites like smartpassiveincome.com, how they are setup, the level of content they are producing, and the way they are going about their marketing. You need to adapt to that level and have a unique angle to stand out as was mentioned by schttrj above.

You might be better off focusing on one thing, the children bed stories blog, really take it to the next level and hone your skills, and then circle back around and tackle the MMO blogs.

The children bed stories blog has very few backlinks. What about social media? Do you have a Facebook page setup? Twitter account? How about starting a podcast or blogtalkradio show and interviewing children's book authors, and doing a post on the blog about each one? Engage your visitors? You also have stuff about babies and baby showers on there, maybe focus it just on the bedtime stories and children's books? It looks like an MFA site, I mean thats fine if thats what its intended for but then you gotta work on ranking it and have lower expectations because those are not high traffic or high cpc keywords. "children bed stories" barely registers. If you want to do MFA sites then you need better keywords, but you're better off building a "real" site IMHO.

It's probably the most over-rated, over-saturated niche out there.

I think the children's bed time stories is a great niche that doesnt have a lot of competition online, so that is why it gets more views than the other blogging for money sites. There are soooo many of those!

The bedtime stories is interesting. The make money online is yada yada yada ... one in a million.

It is indeed, lots of marketing hype these days.

I guess it is beacuse there is a lot of competion in the making money niche. What I am wondering is if all the sites about making money: do they really make money or people just try to sell an illusion?
And imagine that someone in the making money niche, makes money for true. Is it because he sells to other people who then will try in their turn to build a making money niche site and sell things to other people who want to make money? I believe yes...
We sell products each other and that is why some of us make money!

There is honestly TONS of niches out there that are saturated out there. It is the way YOU decide to promote your niche is what can make all the difference...also niches can be a variety of products so you can use products that maybe your competitor's are not using.

Why read their blogs when I can read a book that someone like Drayton Bird wrote?

How are you getting traffic? Do you have Google Analytics, Statcounter or any such traffic-measuring software installed on your site?

If the traffic is SEO traffic, what keywords bring you the most traffic?

You first have to analyze your current traffic that you are getting with your blogs and then create a clear plan on how to proceed from now on - which keywords to target.

There's not really much point in just creating content without optimizing it at all and just randomly putting it out there hoping it will attract some traffic. You have to plan everything in advance, otherwise it's a hit-or-miss situation.

There is nothing as "saturated" in internet. People will give value to informative websites. Even if there are billions of websites available, as long as your blog or website have something valuable for the users, you will get visitors through search engines.

To put it bluntly, YES. The 'make money' niche is HUGE and it's hard to get a lot of visitors when you're competing with A LOT of other people. Narrowing down your niche and using keywords with less competition and high search is the way to go.
