On clickbanks I am promoting two different products and I was advertising them from two different well known advertising company's. I was getting ALOT of clicks and interest but i couldn't understand why i wasn't getting any sales at all. So i looked at one of my clickbank links and saw that my affiliate name wasn't in the link. I thought that my affiliate name had to be on the link?

Forgive me but have you actually contacted ClickBank?

That would be the first place I went.

Besides, they don't have my affiliate id in my links, they used to but not anymore.

I'm assuming your aff link is fine, if you're logged into CB and you see clicks, surely it's your link?

I think the issue is two fold. Possibly these "well known ad companies" and perhaps the page they land on when they get there. Are you getting their names and emails? Are you pre selling or are you just sending them straight to the affiliate sales page?

I doubt very much it's your affiliate link that's the issue.

Best way to test your affiliate link is to click your link first, then hit order button and see if your affiliate name is under order form. If your affiliate name is there...it's all good. If there is "none", then your affiliate link is not working.

If you get lots of hit, but no sales...and your affiliate link is ok, maybe this offer is not converting and their sales letter is bad?

As Richard rightly says, ClickBank is the place to ask.

However, affiliate names don't appear, per se, in those encrypted hoplinks. (There are two different styles of hoplinks: older ones, in which your affiliate name can be seen, and newer encrypted ones of the type you've posted above, in which they don't. Both types work). What you need to test is whether your affiliate name appears at the bottom of the products' order/payment pages.

This is (probably) a different matter. Nobody can tell you, other than by guessing, what the reason is for that. My own guess is that you may perhaps have gone wrong with one of the "three basics" for making ClickBank sales.

They're explained in this post: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6737670

How much traffic have you sent to the offer? Some digital products convert very low like less than 0.5% while others are much higher. It also depends on quality of traffic and how relevant it is to the offer.

I'd say if you know the traffic is targeted and you've actually sent 700 real visitors to an offer and not had a sale then move on and try promoting a different product.

The affiliate link isn't usually the problem and seems to work so I wouldn't waste my time. I would move on and try something else, some offers that look okay and seem to be selling well don't always live up to their promise;-)
