master resell rights question

There are many websites that sale these master resell rights ebooks, software and themes but I can not find the right source for the original products. It seems that many of these sites take a group of products and just resale them but they are not the original source.

Where do these master resell rights come from?

Is this a true wholesale or distributor for these items.

    Various sources but there are some people who produce products specifically to be sold on these sites with various levels of resale rights. You'll find some have the original authors name on them.

    Hi Cyperpc,

    Many Master resale rights products come with an agreement license.

    You can often find the original creator of these products within these documents.

    Most of the time these product's have been passed around the Internet so many times that it can be hard to find the original creators web address.

    Just make sure you look in every folder and document as often you will find the website address and ultimately be able to purchase original products from the site yourself.

    The rights are usually made by the author or original seller (if the product was ghostwritten).

    While there may be a standard definition for various rights, not everyone adheres to these, and they may have slight variations from the norm. A rights or license file makes things much easier, but you don't always get them.

    The problem is that you can't really be sure unless you have such a file or contct the author.

    Some sites are very careful about following the rules, while others are sloppy. Whatever the case may be, it is up to the buyer to make sure they have the rights to do what they want.
