Privacy, disclaimer and terms and conditons?

Do I need to include a privacy page and disclaimer page along with terms and conditions and my websites?

Where on earth can I get them made? I have no idea where I will get any of this information.

Thanks.

If you are selling or promoting a product or service, I do believe that it is necessary. As I use WordPress, I just installed a few plugins that can automatically generate a page of each of the topics that you mentioned.

No one knows what your websites are about, so no one can provide an answer. This isn't just a "form" to get and to have, if you want to have any legal protection.

A privacy policy simply states what, if anything, you do with information collected from visitors. If you use Adsense then Google also requires certain language.

A disclaimer and TOS may be critical depending on your site. I've seen businesses lose $500k for using generic terms they found somewhere cheap, only to later find out their importance. Or, maybe you have a personal blog about your dog and it isn't an issue.

    Where to get forms:

Internet Marketing Law Center - Membership - my site

Internet Marketing Law Products - Bob Silber's site. Bob has been around here a long time.

http://mikeyounglaw.com/internet-law...-your-website/ - Michael Young also has forms and expertise on the issue.
