So I found a product with master resale and I want to include it with an ebook I put together to sell. It is a type of software/browser addon - sorry don't know how to describe - but basically you have to download and install it to work. The idea of what it can do is great but I want to test it out, of course, before I sell it. When I went to download it said something about the certificate and the publisher and am I sure I want to proceed. How do I know it isn't a virus and won't do damage to my computer? Is there a good way to check it out first? I have microsoft essentials..can it do a scan?

Also, if it is all legit how can I fix the certificate issue? I'm sure people who buy it won't like it either. Thanks!
