INTERNET MARKETING

Hey what is the best software/setup for video product creation where you have two people reading over powerpoints.

Is it skype with camtasia??

How is everyone making these kind of products?

I use a combination of Proshow Producer and Camtasia. They both sost some money to get started, but I feel it is worth it. I like to pro quality output of Prosho Producer. I then us camtasia to edit the video further and maybe add an intro or some powerpoint slides as well.

I am sorry Mike I misread your post. I didn't see the fact about two people talking.

Sorry. I am trying to think of it is possible to have two microphones on one computer.

I just did a google search for " two microphones one computer" and came up with some possible solutions. I did quantify the search to only include the last year.

  Cheapest solution, as in free:
  
  1) Use Pamela for Skype to record the skype conversation.
  (if you don't like it, google free skype recorder)
  
  2a) Use CamStudio - Free Screen Recording Software to record the screen while flipping through the presentation (in full screen) as you talk together.
  (if you don't like it, google free screen recorder)
  
  ... or alternatively ...
  
  2b) Don't record the screen as you talk/flip through, but save each page of the presentation as an image. Import the images + audio file into your favorite free video editor. Then it's just a matter of dropping the audio file on the timeline, and set the duration of each image synched to the audio.
  
  Note: I have not tried the above, just have a feeling it will work. If it doesn't, don't hit me
