How do these YouTube video promotion services, such as Yellow Thunder, etc. work?

Yellow Thunder Media (do a Google search, I can't post link because I'm a newbie) claims to advertise your YouTube video across 3,500+ premium publisher sites to make it go viral, drive viewers to your website/Facebook page/Twitter, and incorporate your brand message into YouTube celebrities' videos. How do they exactly do that? What are some examples of the premium publisher sites and YouTube celebrities that they advertise videos on?

Has anyone here tried them? What are your thoughts? They claim to drive real and organic YouTube views and subscribers, but I'm curious about how exactly they go about marketing the clients' YouTube videos.

Do you know where they advertise these YouTube videos on? Mobile apps or Facebook games?

I'd hate to say this, but try Fiverr. The real, trusted, legitimate Fiverr gigs are great for YouTube promotions.

I have tried Fiverr gigs in the past to drive views to my YouTube videos. But all they seem to do is go to these shady YouTube view-purchase sites and work out an arbitrage. The views are usually bot-generated and if detected by YouTube could get my account suspended.

Yellow Thunder looks more legitimate because it has worked with big movie studios like CBS Films, 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, but the CPC is more expensive at $0.10. I'm not sure if I should go ahead and try it, and if the traffic is safe for the AdSense account on our YouTube videos.

Any other video promotion service that you guys have tried and would recommend? How about Alphabird, AdBrite, or VideoSeeding, etc.?
