Anyone know a FB App that can record how many people a person gets to "like" your fanpage?

We're about to start a pre-launch for our new business and we're hoping to create a buzz on Facebook using a contest that aims to get people to refer others to our page and whoever gets the most referrals/"likes" wins a prize.

Does anyone know an app that can do this?
