Found My Niche Now what?

I am a member for Chris Farrell Membership Site.. and he is big on building a list and driving traffic to a squeeze page...

Now, my first question I have is Vitamin Supplements going to be a good niche? If so... Do i create my squeeze page and make an e book (free gift) maybe about the benefits of vitamin supplements?

- or do i break this niche down further into smaller niches say for example vitamin supplement to increase metabolism? and make my website about that?

- Also this will be the very first website i hear a lot people say find good keywords...
Do i go over to Google keyword tool and try find keywords for vitamin supplements then make title/domain name etc etc using those keywords to try create organic traffic?

- One last question is My list. Now say i promote a vitamin product. Now to target the same audience in next website i create do i promote another vitamin supplement...
Or can i promote exercise equipment since there both in "Health Market"

Maybe, any niche can be profitable if you (1) know enough about it and (2) position yourself well enough between the consumers and the competition.

Look at the competition and see what they're doing. I'm just speculating here, but it seems like breaking the niche down into a micro niche might be a bad idea because you're going to exclusively deal with vitamins that deal with something like "high blood pressure"...or it could be a brilliant idea that dominates the market share on that tiny little need. I can't say for sure because that's just speculation. The only thing I know is that health and supplements are highly saturated.

Depends on what you are trying to do. If you want to just have a small niche site then use the keyword tool on exact search and find 3 targeted KW that you can base your url and articles around for SEO purposes. If you want to build a big brandable authority website then create a brandable name and base your content on exact keywords that are related to your objectives.

Oh, and focus on just getting 1 product offer off the ground and building a decent sized list of subs before worrying about promoting anything else or scaling up. Hope this helps.

      - Chris Farrell method is build a sqeeze page, offer free product (Ebook), Build a List, Only then have the person go to sales page where u offer a product.

      - from sound of it sounds more like small niche method.. or can it be either way?

      - Also thanks for the Advice

If I was buying a supplement I would read a quick description and decide if I wanted to buy it.

I definitely wouldn't read a whole eBook on it, and I'd equally be p'd off if someone was sending me information about supplements every day.

Have you researched whether this niche would work with a squeeze page?

Use the tool to find low competition keywords that have high results. If you're just going to use Farrell's method then SEO is a waste of time because you won't get a stand alone squeeze page ranked high enough to get good traffic. Only a SP indexed inside an authority site would get SEO rankings because it's tied to the authority site. With the new SE policies, social activity and fresh content is key to google juice. Forget black hat or traditional sniper site methods.

Furthermore, you need to do more preselling to your subscribers than just a free ebook and then a promo email that goes to a sales page.

It is a small niche method because I don't think you'll have any good results with the methods you've been shown...especially in the health market. You need to produce consistent content and engage with your audience. It'll take work and time. Forget a quick fix, this is a marathon- not a sprint.
