What theme is this?

I have found two different sites with what looks like the same theme. I really like it and was wondering if anybody knows what it is. I looked in the source but I can't figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The first one says website designed by richardsongraphics.com
    A lot of themes looks like similar to these sites..

      I can't really remember the site where I found several news/magazine themes that I used before... I think its newwpthemes.com but I'm not really sure. You may try to browse their inventory for news/magazine themes.

    Be sure not to confuse these themes with the actual design and graphics used. In many cases, once you get a hold of the theme, all of a sudden you realize that without great graphics and design etc, it does not look all that hot.

    Looks like the Studiopress "Church" child theme that's
    no longer available. I think it was replaced with the
    "Lifestyle 2.0" theme.

    I understand that but I like how the layout is and it is almost Identical for both. Two menu bars one overtop the other. adsense box on the right. Then different categories in seperate boxes, that show the posts under each. Has this been customized on these sites?

    Edit: ok so you can't get the church theme at all?

    Easy way to find out a theme is right click on the side of the web page & view page sources then you will see this line so the theme here is church

    Ok I have now found a free download of the Church theme, but I'm not sure if im allowed to use it. Because it is retired theme does that mean it can be used for free? I actually found it called revolution church theme. When I activated it for just a second the bottom footer says studiopress. Can I get in trouble for using it?

    You can buy variations of this Wordpress theme customized for different niches at a lot of PLR sites. For example, ThePLRstore.com has quite a number of versions. You can find them if you click the link 'PLR websites' in the left menu. They are not free, though.
