Recently started using more abstract one word subject lines for my emails.
Nothing new here but hadn't tried it before.

Both had 40 % open rates which is high for my list.

    Anything to break the monotony will peak curiosity.

    I myself have started getting more creative with my headlines.

    Some will complain though. That's when I invite them to unsubscribe. Nobody ever does lol.

    Were you trying to drive them to a link to click? What was the click-through rate?

    Unfortunately, with subject lines like that you'll probably get a
    higher unsubscribe rate too.

    It's a double edged sword.
