When is the best time to have conference calls?

If you guys had to choose one day of the week and one time of the day that you think is the best time to conduct a 30 minute to an hour conference call on a weekly basis, when would it be?

    Well I would say it depends on where you live and where everyone else lives.

    If everyone lives in the U.S., a good time would be anywhere from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

    It's tough because the US and Canada span so many time zones.

    I'm a perfect example - living in Hawaii puts me 6 hours earlier than Eastern Daylight Time (we don't observe Daylight Savings in Hawaii) so any call earlier than 1 PM Eastern would be too early out here. I have seen some of these set for 11 AM EDT, I'd have to be really motivated to join in at 5 AM!

    Full-time Internet Marketers make their own schedules and could join the call any day of the week, part-time marketers would probably be more likely to attend on weekends.

    If your audience is worldwide (or even if it isn't) you should definitely have a way of downloading a transcript of the call, not everyone will be able to catch it "live".
