Profits Theme Suspended? Does anyone have any updates on this please?

Hi ,

The last time I had any contact with the Profits Theme guys was an email for an update to their theme around 25th July.

But now their website, membership site, support, YouTube channels etc all have the message "Account Suspended".

There is a thread on here back in May that raises the same issue but then it seemed it was a temporary glitch and a few hours later everything seemed ok again.

I'm probably a bit out of date with the latest information on this but does anyone know if this is temporary again or permanent?

As I mentioned it's not possible to contact their support desk.

I don't really want to carry on using the theme if I can't get theme updates so any news would be really appreciated

    Their host shut them off for sure. Not a good sign.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    The site is now live and working again. The reason it was not working earlier was because a part of the server was compromised (a hacker got access to that part of our server). It's now been fixed.

    PS. You may need to clear your browser cache to see that the site is working.

      You had me worried there for a moment! Thanks for letting me know. That's very reassuring.

      I thought there must be a reasonable explanation.

    Account suspended? Happened to me on Youtube where a competitor flagged my video as improper or spammy - puff - gone.

    I'm in touch with them for a few weeks to sort out a few issues I had and I can't say anything against their support.

    They had a theme update a few months ago, guess due to WP update.

    I couldn't get that damn Ioncube to upload and work, so they did it for me, no hassle, quick and for free.

    They maybe switched hosts, and had a short downtime.
