Clickbank New Client Contract

I have been away a few days an just logged into one of my Clickbank accounts.

There is a message about a new client contract that requires my approval.
Has this been debated or is it new to everyone else?

Either just wondered what everyone thinks about it

This sort of message always makes me feel uneasy.

It is most unlikely that Clickbank would modify a client contract and wait for you to find out about it when you log in to your account.

If the client contract was for an affiliate product, you do not need to be informed because it is the responsibility of the product seller (Clickbank) to inform buyers of their contractual rights. Since contract changes are seldom retrospective, the ususal process of supplying the contract terms at point of sale would suffice.

If Clickbank have modified a contract between yourself and your affiliates, it is their responsibility to ensure that you are notified directly. They cannot simply wait for you to log in to discover the changes since there could be the possibility that you could contravene the new contract without knowing.

I would write to Clickbank and ask them to verify the action that you have been requested to take.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.
Build it, make money, then build some more
Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!
