Once a paypal and ebay account is permanently closed can it be re-opened?

Hi, this is my first post. I recently closed a few paypal accounts and ebay accounts. Some of the email accounts associated with the paypal and ebay had been hacked into. I got into control of the accounts and closed the paypal and ebay accounts immediately. My question is if the paypal and ebay accounts have been permanently closed can they be re-opened under any circumstances? Or am I going to be ok? I do not plan on using the email accounts anymore so they will go inactive after awhile and will be deleted. People can then open up a email account using the same id on yahoo. People please help!

    Have you tried asking Paypal and Ebay?

    I'd have thought that would have been the first place to solve this problem.

    Can I make a suggestion? Close the bank accounts associated with these eBay/PayPal accounts, if you havent already done so. Switch banks too. Banks can open closed accounts without your permission if there is activity, and charge you fees, and hold you responsible. Send the bank a certified letter letting them know the situation with eBay & PayPal.

    Better make sure everything is done right with paypal, ebay, your financial banks ... in this kind of situation, any assumption can be dangerous.

    first contact your paypal and tell them everything that has happened and they will tell you what are the options available to you. Also you can get a new bank card with different numbers and register them with paypal and make sure to have strong password.

    All of your accounts are still existent. eBay and PayPal do Not delete accounts or information, accounts just become dormant. Facebook is the same way, they simply don't delete information from their system. If they deleted accounts, people would delete their eBay accounts when they receive low DSR's

    However, you mention you have had more than one eBay and PayPal account. You might run into issues with their ID system (L.N.) when trying to reactivate your accounts. You will probably be flagged and limited.

    I own multiple eBay accounts as well, even when I push an account into dormant status for reasons I won't state here, I always keep my e-mail accounts in my system on a scheduled rotation of password changing.

    what have you use to open paypal Visa mastercard or regular bank account ?
    have you have verify paypal ?
    do you have access to email you use for paypal account ?

    you should be fine since you close all those account because they got hacked, why don't you just call ebay and paypal and find out
