Paypal Merchant Services Down?

Anyone else having trouble getting to the Merchant Services tab in their PayPal account? I made some changes to return URL and suddenly I can't get to the Merchant Services tab - just errors out. It looks like a cookie issue but I tried different machines and browsers.

Everything else works.

Anyone else seeing it?

    ugh...I made a change to my payment preferences / IPN and then this started happening. Anyone ever run into this before?

      I have been using paypal for years and have never had a problem. But, every time I make a change I have to reconfigure.

      Just log into your account, click contact us, then click for phone support and they will give you a pin number. Their customer service has always been fast and efficient.
