Always test your Clickbank merchants' payment buttons
They put a payment button on top of their sales page and it is indeed a Clickbank payment processing button. So, if you are an affiliate, you will be credited for commission.
The second button is at the bottom of the sale page, the button which has more probability for buyers to click. This merchant use a different payment processor for this button despite it looks the same with the top button.
The second button does not redirect to a Clickbank payment processing link so if somebody buys the product using this button, then an affiliate who refers that buyer will not get commissions.
This is completely unethical and I have reported the merchant to Clickbank.
So, remember to always test the payment button using your affiliate link to see if it really works and will credit you as an affiliate.
This is a heads up for everyone using Clickbank as an affiliate and for merchants to be more ethical.
