Youtube would be your best option, that way the bandwidth th videos use wont affect your site and they will always be online.

I want to avoid commercials and reduce risk of people just sharing the vid link.

  You can set the videos to only play on specific domains and urls

screencast-o-matic has password protection options on vids, but you may have to talk with them first before using it for commercial use

  This is easy on a VPS. Find you a decent Tube Script that converts the videos to flash
  
  Everything else too complicated. Amazon S3 is not as secure as you think. It can be ripped just as easy.
  
  It's all part of the game, just like shoplifting on a retail location, you can not be 100% theft proof.

Hi KeNiQ,

When you said there's no wp plugin for screencast, do you mean you cannot embed the video code on your wordpress posts or pages?

I can embed them with no ploblem. My issue is putting the vids into a lightbox/vid gallery
Every plugin I find is for either self hosted or youtube. So I was hoping a work around

You can use Amazon S3 to host and stream your videos.
Also you can protect your S3 bucket and then use any S3 plugin to display the
videos in your membership site.

i have a membership site and i use fast member with optimize press

and for the videos i use amazon s3 to host them and use the ezs3 to create the players

when i upload my videos to my membership site they are automatically protected so this stops people ripping them and passing them around

amazon s3 is a fantastic tool and is one of my most important tools in my business
