Max Bounty insurance offer problem

i am promoting a insurance quote offer on max-bounty, the problem is that every time someone clicks on the offer and completes page one (name address vehicle type) and hit submit it makes them do 3 more insurance and am not getting any credit....Help please.....

    That's something you should bring up to your AM.

    But from the looks of it, that's what the publisher requires to be submitted for a valid lead. Not much you can do but switch offers for a simpler one.
