I just happened on this LightShot

I turns the PrntScr key on your keyboard into a customisable capture tool. You can adjust the area to be captured, you can copy, save or upload to the net.

Looks like it could be useful. Just beware when downloading it to choose a custom installation and de-select the search tool!

Cool thanks for that tip - I use the Jing Project. Its free and does screen capture & video capture too.

good looking tool. i personally use stepshot as it does screenshots and video capture. super easy to use too.

I use markup.io a lot as you can screen capture your comments and directions on a custom URL for any website - perfect for staff or outsourcers:

Hi all,
My favourite is that if you're using Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Ppt/Outlook 2010, you can use the Insert tab-> Illustration group-> screenshot. It also allows you to do screen clipping.
Other than that suggested above, try
