Question about CB products with recurring commissions...

I've recently had some success with promoting CB products, and I've made a number of sales. Many of the products I promote are recurring commission products (as stated in the CB marketplace and on CB Engine.)
The problem is, when I make a sale with these products, it doesn't always show up in my reports as a recurring commission sale. A regular sale shows up as "Sale" and a recurring commission show up as "Sale-RB" (or at least is should)
I'm even making multiple sales for the same products. I earn the same dollar amount, so I know that people are buying the same thing. Still, some show up as "Sale" and others as "Sale-RB". And no, the "Sale-RB" transactions are not the recurring commissions that come from sales made in previous months.
I'm a bit confused and sort of feel like I'm being cheated out of some of my commissions. I would appreciate and insights.
