What should i do with these domains? Spending 300 USD every month! Worthless spend!!

We had planned several projects before 4-5 months & had 30 domains registered & purchased 30 Class C IP's each for 1 domain from several hosting providers.
But till now we had only 5 projects done fully & we're wasting money on Class C IP's.

Is there any way, that i could save? Like, can i host the sites all together under a shared hosting/just make it a parked domain/something like that instead of Class C IP's & re-instate them to Class C stuff when we actually start on this project?

    Why not get a reseller hosting account? Host all the domains you want for around $20/month. Then switch each domain to a class C as they are ready.
