I feel your situation, and can assure you I also was there many years ago. Let me to throw my thoughts into besides the helpful suggestions above. I don't want to repeat them, so I tell you a short story.

Please imagine, someone drives a car on a countryside road. The traffic is low, she barely meet someone, therefore she drives in her own moderate and comfortable pace. She doesn't feel compelled to particularly concentrate on anything. There was no particular destination or purpose planned, she just drives... in fact don't know where she's going to.

But... the road she drives on arrives to a highway connections and she shall to drive further on to the highway. She forced to drive on the overtaking lane and realized the higher sped of the cars on the highway. She has to wake up and accelerate to pick up the pace of other road users, otherwise they leaves her - not to mention the possible hazard caused by the hesitancy. End of story.

Maybe the analogy is a bit lame. But I feel you'll do the best to yourself if you wake up from the hesitant state you're in for years. The Warrior Forum is a crowded highway. You have to connect to the market to pick up the pace of successful people. So, connect to feel the circulation and attend in developing your self-confidence to stand in the arena.

I'm sure you know, procrastination often might based on lack of self-confidence or lack of motivation. Without any details I only guess. But, you can take yourself to the next level by overcoming them if they're the reasons in your case.

I've two suggestions.


1.) Self-confidence. You need to...


A.) assess what you can do, and what you can't - to gain a healthy basis for self-confidence

B.) match your abilities together with your goals

C.) produce small successes daily, build self-confidence based on them, then transfer on to bigger accomplishments

D.) celebrate these successes (even they're small now), that will help you to create a mindset for larger success

E.) knowing objectively that your abilities matched to your duties you need to do, you develop determination and endurance to work further success.


2.) Motivation.


A.) As a starting point, please take some time and try to recall when and how you used to gain success at your activity. What kind of thing was that helped you specifically at that time? Whether it is possible to get that impulse element back to improve your current performance? Or better yet, for the sake of your well-feeling?

B.) Generally used to help in incitement if you plan your day to plainly know what you need to do within it. These stuffs will be your small goals. If you reached them one-on-one then reward yourself with something.

C.) Shape your working environment that way that an inspirational and motivational quote shall be always in front of you - reminding you to the chance for you to succeed.

D.) In your spare time read self-improvement books and guides at your own pace. There are many and an excellent book is one of the simplest ways to start. Then talk it over with someone outsider what you've read. Or find a mentor here.

E.) A simple smile might be one of the most effective way in giving impetus to yourself. Why? Because it will going to vastly illumine your outlook in life if you strive your best to stay glad all the time.

An authority site is a main source of information in that niche. Somewhere that attracts a lot of visitors and is full of topics and content on that niche. You build it up to be an authority on the topic its about. Lets say its about "Dogs"

The flip side is a niche site, this is smaller and focuses on a sub niche and only targets that niche, takes less time to build etc. Lets say its about "Leather Dog Collars"

Like others said pick one idea and stick to it.

Break that idea down into tasks to complete

Set milestones to show all the progress you are making.

Plan a schedule and complete each task.

Notice the great feeling when you complete and task and reach a milestone.

At the each of each day, I made a small list of items to do for the next day. At first only put 2 or 3 so you don't feel overwhelmed.
