How did Chris Brogan Fix His Site?

i noticed 2 weeks ago, if you search in google for chris brogan, his site comes out with a security warning and you could not visit it through google. i guess hackers installed some malware in his blog.

the question is , how did he fix it? google search no longer shows him as a security threat to your computer

P.S. just asking in case it ever happened to me

one way is you can contact google via webmaster tools after the exploit is removed from your pages and they will lift the warning within a few days

I assume he used Sucuri, although he has a large contact list of professionals to tap also that could have helped (I'm guessing as he's affiliated with the likes of StudioPress and Copyblogger).

I've met the guys behind Sucuri in person and have used their service to clean several client sites recently. The cost is well worth it and they do a great job.

    Hope that helps

      Another vote for Sucuri.

I had 2 sites that they fixed - it's only 90 odd dollars for a whole year.

Great value and piece of mind.
