Outsource 4 Dirt Cheap

Anyone knows anywhere I can outsource monotonous Internet Marketing tasks 4 dirt cheap prices. I don't mean the obvious like elance, guru etc.

I was listening to a Russell Brunson audio where he was saying he was able to outsource some of his SEO task for like $2 an hour or something like that.

Any ideas or suggestions will be well appreciated.

        I pay $3 an hour for data entry work, building blogs,lenses etc. and $1.50 for 400 word articles from grad students in the south pacific and I still can't figure out how to really make a consistent income.

        I know I am missing pieces of the puzzle, it is so frustrating.

    The only thing I outsource is article writing... I buy software to automate the other processes (RSS Submissions, social bookmarking, article submissions, video submissions)... these are the big 4 that will that will take up ALL of your time.

    Hiring people for every little task can be as time consuming as doing it yourself.

    I use RSS Submit to blast my feeds, and I'm looking for another article submission program now. I'll do some good research.

    I use tubemogul for videos... its pretty good and cheap (free).

    Get on the job sites for the Phillipines and India and start reading the resumes or post a help wanted ad.

    It's just like a real business. You go through some bad ones to get some good ones.

    Give them simple instructions to apply. If they cant even follow that dont hire them.

    Yes you can hire people for $2 USD,

    Take a look at the Median Hourly Billing Rate by Years Experience - Job: Information Technology (IT) Consultant (Philippines) 1-4 years experience 153 php

    153 php converts to $3.17 USD per hour

    Remember that doesn't automatically mean that this employee is right for the job meaning, just because it may seem like a small sum to you, it still takes the time and management skills that you would need for a similar employee for the rate in your local market.

    $2 an hour might not really be your best investment if it requires your management time.

    Be as careful and selective as you would be for in your local market.

    There are management tools and skills that you need to use when people are working in other time zones.
