What does this weird activity on my Clickbank account mean?

Today I logged into my old clickbank account just to check something (unrelated to the topic) and I ended up on this page "reporting" and saw these weird figures. I have never really promoted anything via this account or pretty much done anything at all with the account. So, what do these mean?

They are commissions that will be paid when you have a minimum amount of withdrawable commissions and to be withdrawable, you must have commissions paid with numerous different types of credit cards. Someone else I'm sure knows the exact rules, but it takes awhile to get the right combo.

You made one sale in April but your account is being debited
one dollar per pay period as you have not made a sale in 3 months.

      1) A ClickBank account can become dormant if there is a positive balance in the account but no earnings have been made for a 90-day period. Once an account becomes dormant, ClickBank will begin deducting daily $1 charges from the account until there is no balance or it becomes active again. Deduction amounts increase to $5/day after 180 days and $50/day after 365 days.
Are you sure you found this statement at the ClickBank website ?

Deducting $1 PER DAY charges? Um, no. Let's look at what CB's policies REALLY say, instead of making stuff up:

Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings.

There is a section on this page for Dormant accounts.

Thanks for the information everyone Allthough I was mostly wondering what those $7.58 payments were, not the $1 debits.

Yes this is where the $1 are going:

"Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Taken from the Clickbank site.

The $7 - looks like a commission that was paid a while back?

Hmmmm... considering that you have to meet BOTH the Minimum Payout Threshold and the right Customer Distribution Requirement before you even have the option of collecting your money, I have to wonder how much money CB is actually getting (pure profit) from doing this.

Given the statistics about affiliate performance, I would imagine that there are a LOT of their affiliates who make only one or two sales over a long period of time... and thus loss those earnings as the clock ticks.

I understand the reasoning of not wanting to be accounting for dormant accounts and such over a long time, but considering the actual requirements to get paid, a lot of those accounts aren't really "dormant" (as in NO referrals during the time period), just no sales. Given all that, the time frame seems excessively penalizing to affiliates who actually did make a sale and would be waiting for the next one to happen....

I'm sure too, that some of those accounts have significant sums if all the sales came from a single geographic area, for example, so they didn't meet the sales distribution requirement.

(BTW, as far as I know, banks declare an account dormant after 5 years of no activity at all!)

    Just thinking outloud...
