It is full of grammatical errors, and almost every sentence makes no sense. I mean it's laughable at how appalling it is.

How could this article get approved? How??

    I haven't seen it, but occasional mistakes inevitably happen, in businesses that size.

    They take on and train new editorial staff regularly.

    They admit openly that there are many articles still in the database which wouldn't be accepted under today's editorial policies.

    They have an internal "reporting procedure" for authors to help them out out in the "removing the crap" department. Perhaps someone has helped them out, in that way, by reporting it?

    Good spot. Personally I think that ezine articles are often too restrictive but in this instance I think that you were right to pick up on a poorly written article

    I'd rather they were too restrictive instead of not restrictive enough, same as anything else that is well known or can be used/abused by IMers. Let the cream rise to the top.
