Forms Plugin for Wordpress

Anyone using a decent forms plugin for Wordpress other than cforms? Looking to create some simple webforms to retrieve basic information.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

    CForms is the only decent (and customizable) forms plugin I've ever found. What didn't you like about it?

  • My only real gripe is the upgrade process. But, if it's one of the better form plugins, I'll deal with it.
  • There is a simple form not configurable which is just as good for general contact inf called WordPress-Ready Contact Form v.2.0WP.

  • I've used FormSpring.com and selected the Javascript option. Worked like a charm.
  • Contact form 7 and contact form ][ are good simple choices
