What's your average income on Fiverr per day?

Also, how long does it take you to do the gigs that you offer?

  • Ive done well, but it just depends on how much work you're willing to put in. You can do video testimonials for someones product or service which takes about 3 mins, unique sign holding 3 mins, basic web design- 1-3hrs...etc. but usually numbers are about $50-100 a week if you grind., but if you get to be a top seller thats another story.
  • I haven't made the first dime from them. I am not sure if they are a scam or if it is because I don't have a gig with them :-)
    • [ 5 ] Thanks

    • I have a friend that makes thousands per month with them. She does a lot of upselling though and that is where she gets her main money. She sells banner ad space to place on her website mostly and things of that nature.
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • Whoa, this is a smart move. So she's just using fiverr for her front and her main business is still selling ad spaces on her own websites. This way she can get money from her fiverr account until waiting for further clients. smart.

    • Troy,

I can assure you Fiverr is no scam. I have not signed up to be a seller, but I have purchased a few gigs from Fiverr. Besides having great profile, a important thing I look for when purchasing a gig is their feedback/rating (which I am sure you already know). So, we have to get your ratings up. What types of gig are you offering? Can you let us know here and perhaps a few of us can buy gigs from you and give feedback based on our experience? I am still very new to this forum, so I am not quite sure what is and isn't allowed. At any rate, let me know what you think of that idea.
  • I don't personally use fiverr any longer to make money online but I know a couple of folks who pull in a couple hundred dollars per month just from fiverr alone.
  • Between $2,000 and $4k a month

    • I know a friend boasting about making $500 a month doing back-link business. this guy told me that he is using some kind of automatic back-link maker. so many desperate people looking for quick traffic. in the end, the fiverr gig that they paid is basically just a spam. they pay people to spam other good Samaritan's website.
  • It depends on how much efforts are you putting in and the areas of your expertise. There is not limit to it.
  • I just became Level 1 and am getting about $10-20 a day with only one gig up... but its becoming too much work for too little reward. So I set up a web page for consulting on what the gig was about and after the first gig I refer people to my site... Where I charge $30-50/hr. So far got one bite... and now have a steady 5-10hrs a month from one guy at $30 an hour... not bad!

  • Hi I own my site One day just thought to try Fiverr & now I have been actively selling in Fiverr for 1.5 months now & till now I have made around $580 which is not that bad due to the country where I live in Actual amount that I get is 580 Multiply by 55 Which makes it into my currency !
It usually takes 3 minutes to complete the work as I just have to give them download link of product, I am into Internet Marketing.
  • Between $1000 to $1500.
  • Hmm, I don't use fiverr, I can tell you that I only have one gig, and that got me top seller, I should add some more gigs soon, I offer a simple video editing gig, and it takes a few hours, what holds me up is the rendering.
  • Really suprised of the amount of money some people are making, didnt expect to hear 3-4k a month, congratulations for this, but my question is how long did you take you to get to this level?
    • [1] reply
    • I got there VERY quickly. I combined SEO with me self promoting my own gigs. Twice daily I rank the number 1 spot in Fiverr for "YouTube" for about an hour.

It's like any other platform. If you just fill out the info, click SUBMIT, walk away and then wonder weeks later where your pile of money is.... it won't work.

But if you spend a good hour on the gig, making a video for it, researching keyword phrases etc. and then after it goes up advertise the ever living CRAP out of it, you can get your gigs ranked on top (like I do)

  • I am earning through other sources, but I think Fiverr can be a great source to earn money by selling service. I am planning to start...
  • I personally don't use Fiverr to sell...I prefer more sustainable long term revenue streams.

Congrats to those who are killing it though

***sidenote, I do buy from it constantly..I think I actually might be a Fiverr addict!
  • i usually buy on fiverr, not sell, but will start selling from now on
  • Fiverr is like anything else in life first you need to take action and put your services on there and make sure it is something that is in demand. If it is in demand and you put the effort in i am sure you can make a reasonable income every month.
  • One other thing i was thinking about; its great that you make such money, but wouldnt it be better to use forums instead of fiverr? I think there a lot of advantages to use forums rather then fiverr?
Just sharing my thoughts, what is your opinion?
  • Very nice guys, seen some great figures. I've been a Fiverr user for 17 days, earned $52 and probably spent around an hour completing the gigs, hope it get busier once I hit level 1.

    • What about earning FROM Fiverr?

Find someone with a good rep who does what you need done
eg FB Cover photos, mobile website creation

Find someone who needs a FB cover photo or mobile website.
      Sell it for $47, $97, $197, whatever.
Get it done for $5 and pocket the difference.

Oops - I've just revealed the "secret" in Zesh's last 5 WSOs (and probably his next 5 as well)

      • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I'd love to know the secret...because I've never been able to make it profitable.

I spent a little time with it, but I thought more money could be made elsewhere.

That being said...I've heard of some supposed fiverr "millionaires"...don't know what currency they're talking about though...
  • I used to earn $20 a day but found myself spending so much time answering mails from people who try get even more out of you.

You end up working for like $1 an hour on fiverr + they take a huge 20% cut! and their customer support is so bad! Its like... once a site becomes successful their customer support starts to suck!

its a poor countries dream but a developed countries nightmare
  • I've made about $120 in a week once, usually though a few orders a week, maybe $20. My advice is just to fill out all 20 gigs that you can (You are allowed to have 20), and then when you think of new ones, just replace the ones that are performing the worst. This way over time your 20 gigs slowly get better and better and the orders will come.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Painful 1 or 2 digits a day.
  • I'm making around $100 per week on Fiverr without any videos or keyword research. I think it's about time to make a couple of videos for my gig. How do I do keyword reserach for Fiverr gigs?
  • Would be interesting to sell a video series or other digital product that doesn't take up your time if you could keep the reviews positive...
  • $300 a month average. The work is completely copy/paste. 1 minute or less to fill an order.
  • I earn $20 -30 a wk.
    1 hour maximum time.
  • Fiverr has taken more money from me than I have ever made. I've lost hundreds. I had an account selling some neat stuff, tweets/likes/views/plr/etc, and when I started getting a bit popular one of my competition bought a gig from me then gave me bad reviews and reported me even though I did the same great job I always did and there was truely nothing wrong. Fiverr without warning and without question banned me and took all my money.

The competition on fiverr are heartless jerks that will try to get you banned.
The fiverr admins will permaban you without warning or even a chance of rebuttle at the flip of a dime if a big time user reports something.
The fiverr customer service is useless and will not help you with a thing, even tell you why you were banned. Their only line is "please referr to the TOS."

It's a system set up to be abused. If you've got a few thousands gigs under you then you're just about untouchable. If you're starting out you could be banned at a moments notice simply because your competition wants you gone.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I saw here some people make thousands of dollars per month. What type of service do you offer? I did only some hundreds of dollars.
  • Me $100 - $300.....
Hmm looks there are some Fiverr guru's here
  • I SPEND around $500/month on fiverr. I delegate work that some people do very quickly, work that I charge much more for and can easily outsource to fiverrs.
  • I`ve made $56 for the first month..
    • [1] reply
    • Blueoak - I have had pretty much the same experience with Fiverr. Had some really good gigs up and made good money. Then one of the buyers gave me a bad review and reported me and woooops I was banned.

As you say, the fiverr support sucks. It is impossible to talk to them once you get banned. The only answer you get is "read the TOS". Lost a couple 100.

As a business model fiverr and fiverr type sites can be very lucrative. I am doing some gigs at other place now.

Internet marketing is huge on these sites. To find out what the hottest topics are I actually check the WSO part here att Warrior Forum. Once you find what's hot try to come up with a gig idea round it.

Important is that the actual service you are providing does not take more than max 5 minutes to execute.
Try to make the ad as good as possible and promote your gigs on social media and where ever you feel suitable.

Make sure you do a good job so you will get good reviews. A good way is to give bonuses or give more than what the gig says or the customer expects. With good reviews you will sell more and more.

With a good plan and some knowledge in sales/marketing you can easily make 100-200 per week.

If you going to check out fiverr alternatives, watch how much traffic they get, cause without traffic no customers. Find one with a lot of traffic and get started. Test different kinds of gigs and see what's working best and refine those.

There's a lot more to say about this but don't want to take up to much space here :-)

  • I have no gigs on fiverr, but I've found guy from Moldavia who has earned tens of thousands dollar! This is probably a small company but in any case I think they are doing just fine.
If you give value and quality you have no problem on making money on fiverr.
  • From August 30th to September 7th, I've made $72. Hopefully when I become a level 1 seller, I can earn more through gig extras.

$60-150/month at the moment selling basic services.
  • What's best wait for fiverr? Reselling some services or providing any one?
  • yeah at $5 a pop for your service...whatever it is....you'd have to do a ton of them to make any decent money. The ones that do well on their have upsells and automated software that does alot of the work for them.

I used a link building service that was obviously done via software....so once you automate the process you can them capture leads and upsell them on more expensive ticket items.
  • also how much is taking fiverr as a fee when someone buys your service?
    • [1] reply
    • It's 20%. If you do make a sale, you get $4 after fees.
  • For me it's how much do you spend on Fiverr!

    • How are you guys doing it via Fiverr?

      What I mean is:

Where do you get the tools?

Where do you get the time?

      Are you outsourcing your gigs?

I have a friend who is using a very smart strategy for Fiverr. She has few trusted providers on Fiverr that provides good results for her websites. What she does, she takes up SEO clients for good money and outsource everything on Fiverr. The profit and spend margin is large. It is like 200$/client.

I mostly use it just to outsource some of my boring stuff.
  • Fiverr can be a great way to make money if your are selling a product that doesn't take up too much of your time. I've seen some people have 30+ orders a day. Thats a pretty impressive $150 from just one sales page.

So in other words if you provide a good product or service, make it more attractive then your competitors in a popular area then Fiverr can be pretty lucrative.

    Hope this helps

    • It would be $120, you get $4/gig.

    • I had no idea that people were actually making money on Fiverr. As someone else mentioned, if it gets to a point where you're spending more time answering emails than doing work, your profits can dwindle. But thanks for the head's up, another avenue to explore.
    • I wish I could get 30 orders a day. That would be nice, but what I sell has limited appeal, even though I dominate the Fiverr front page search results for "plr ebooks".
I'm thinking about adding something related but has a larger demand...still mulling on that one.

  • I think very few earn well, most earn modestly.
Check the number of orders at the seller's page... I've seen great products, well-presented seller offers and still... 1-5 sales for months!

    5 $/order really isn't something highly profitable.
Certainly, you can get more gigs per order, multiple 5 $...

But even so, you'd have to struggle with multiple 5-10-20 $ orders... one by one... a lot of work and a bit "on edge".

    I'd prefer earning with sites.
  • I am providing SEO Services and some other stuff at Fiverr and my earnings are between 4000$ to 6000$ per month only
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • I only have one gig on fiver - i actually forgot about it until someone bought it recently. So far i have made a grand total of.. wait for it... 4$!! But someone bought my article writing gig a couple weeks after it was active so i could probably make a decent amount of i had a bunch of gigs.

  • I have not being using Fiverr, but fivequids (UK version). Same concept as Fiverr.

I made £40 ($65) in my first month but stopped due to my article writing kicked up. I may start it again, though.
  • I've made way more on the Fiverr clones, but with the recent lack of quality gigs, I've finally started migrating some of my gigs to Fiverr to see if I can use the same tactics for getting traffic to the gigs and start earning there as well: fiverr.com/gobbluthjd
  • It really depends on how much efforts and dedication you put on Fiverr. You can easily make several hundred per months and scale it into thousands with some positive feedback and upselling.

  • $800 a month, about 4 hours work a day. I make an addition $700 a month on top of that from clients I found on fiverr though (all writing)

    • Ryan,

If you don't mind me asking, what type of writing jobs do you do?
  • What REALLY makes a big difference in your fiverr sales is how you present your gigs, because to be very frank, a lot of people are attracted to the sizzle, and if you gota juicy steak of a gig then you sell that sizzle for all its worth.
  • That sounds like a good idea, outsourcing really good fiverr gigs to more well-to-do clients for a massive stream of profit. what is that, about %4000 profit?
lol, that is craziness incarnated. A %4000 profit jump per pop. Its a good idea.
  • probably $10 (ish) daily working about 15 minutes to get that money. I almost always just spend it on other Fiverr gigs though.
  • For the amount of effort required i prefer spending time on other things to be honest
  • I know people that actually make a living off fiverr, nothing luxurious but a decent enough living that they can support themselves, I am talking about 2k-4k a month, they are actually doing better then a lot of people because its very difficult to get a job, and even if you do, making a living off fiverr and being your own boss is way better then a 9-5.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I used to make about $140-200 per day, but deleted many of my gigs and slowed down quite a bit. Money was good, but all you get is about $3.90 per gig after all fees, etc. and it could get quite tiresome. Depending on how you value your time, a gig shouldn't take more than five minutes to complete (actual work, not software time) and what I found most challenging wasn't running the orders, but rather dealing with all the software updates, downtime, constant list building and re-building, etc. It looks like they made some good changes yesterday, which could allow sellers to earn quite a bit more, but I haven't looked to deep into that yet
  • When it comes to fiverr I am a spender not a receiver of the big bux.
  • I feel as though there is really not much of a reward unless you're offering a specific service that is possibly featured. Haven't earned much :\

    • $1000 per month? Are you selling something or a service?
  • depends on what you wanna offer and how much spare time you have.Good as part time income.
  • well. Initially I earn $5. Then fiverr, paypal and payoneer all take their fees, and I am left with an outstanding balance of -$4.20 that Paypal immediately deducts from my linked bank account or credit card.
  • I earn between $100 to $500 for the month. every gig is worth $5 in Fiverr. All of your gigs are sold for $5 but you only get $4 from it. Fiverr gets the $1 as payment for connecting you and your buyer. But you do not get the whole percentage of the $4 from your gig. You only get$3.92 because Paypal gets the $0.08. $3.92 looks very small but there are a lot of people who earn a lot on Fiverr.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I do around $700-$1000 a month from fiverr, I do however offer most of my gigs for $25 and more from gig extras.
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • I made my first $100 with it!
  • I now average $2k to $3k a month. Woop! (and it can only get better I think as I will be adding more gigs soon)

    • I'm a buyer on fiverr, and I have certain sellers I stay with simply because they communicate well. I would think repeat business is an important component for success on fiverr.

I think certain gigs lend themselves to success better than others, meaning the quicker you can complete a (quality) project, the better your chances of making decent money.

  • just joined fiverr a month ago and receive 7 order per day ($28). Big value to me when it turns to Malaysian Ringgit. Huhuhuhu...
  • I'm totally surprise with some people earning thousand of bucks in fiverr.
I think it would depend on how much effort you make.
  • 3 months ago i was earning around $40 per month but now i earn $1300 every month on average of the last three months...
  • The first gig I was going to post on Fiverr was not approved unfortunately, because they no longer accepted those kind of services.
If I'm not wrong, you get only $4 for each gig sold. (just a reminder)
  • But you have to realize that if you miss a gig your rating will drop and if your rating drops people won't want to buy from you anymore.
  • $80-$90 and things change from busy to slow quite often so it is not a sure income. Still, my biggest complaint is that they make me wait 25 days to add my $3.92 per gig to my pay pal and that is too long for me. They allow you to add extras which is nice. However, they got rid of the HTML code that I would add to my web pages. Well, that was used to feature my gigs.
  • the gig in my signature has made me like 50 dollars in 11 days, but then again it has only began to gain some traction now and I'm also just testing some things before I start a writing business so, not bad I guess
  • None I had account there long time ago. But they closed it for reasons never explained. Yes, I do know why. But they had no right to (I had xxx in the account), since it was not mentioned at all in their TOS or whatever.

i.e. Never talk about, reference or even hint that you're on or use a competitor site (like Fiverr).
  • I quit Fiverr to sell on my own site. Fiverr is good when starting out - and good enough period if you are making a ton - but it has a couple of downsides that cost you in the long run:

1st downside being you can't add buyers to your subscriber list...and a "buyers list" is worth a lot.
2nd downside begin you can't even message your buyers about new gigs you have or someone will submit a spam complaint.
3rd downside is you are at the mercy of Fiverr moderators.

Some may figure out ways to get around these limitations, but I simply found it a risky venture after about a year.

    Control is a good thing!
  • I've been doing Fiverr for almost 2 years now, and it still brings in a nice amount of money each and every month. My best months from fiverr only have been near to five grands. I got to that point rather quickly to be honest. And it didnt take me a lot of time, because i learned how to automate it.

Its all about doing and following a method that works. Fiverr for example in my opinion is one of the best ways to start your online entrepreneurship if you dont have much money to spend.

After you have been doing this for a while and have some money saved up, you can move up to bigger things.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Left fiverr a long time ago and joined www.seoclerks.com/. Fiverr does not allow gig more than $5. SEOCLERKS is the best.
  • Hi All,

I probably need to start my own thread but after my own personal case study and actually learning from the top fiverr seller (the dude makes like $500 a day - social media gigs),

I discovered that the secret to making money with fiverr is learning the culture of the site which is

    1. Clear explanation of what your service is
    2. Speedy delivery
    3. Offering work that doesn't take you but 2 minutes to deliver

You also NEED to complete all 20 gigs guys.

If you fill out all your gigs and just 1 person a day bought each one...that's $100 a day.

Now, I haven't completed all of mine yet, but I proved I could make $2000 in about 22 days...not bad.

Took me setup time to make my gigs and then delivery is a piece of cake.

i also managed to accomplish building a list of about 200 people (paid buyers mind you)

730 google plus followers and no end in site.

Fiverr is the perfect business training platform for bigger business.

    no hosting fees,
    Video marketing ready
    SEO and meta friendly
Remarketing and PPC built in fiverr promotes all over the web)
    80% commissions
Reviews and testimonials (very powerful tool if you learn how to leverage)
    Social Media promotional tools

I mean...guys its a sales platform that is fully ready to be harnessed.

That guy...the one I learned from...never been to warrior forum...he just had focus and determination.

Anyways, that's my contribution and hope it helps some of you consider the potential.

    • Wow, I just recently discovered fiverr and from what I can see, there are so many gigs that can help a newbie marketer like myself

Its also interesting to notice in this thread, the wide variance in money being made selling services on fiverr...

Just like in any business, there is both big fish and small fish..
  • I regularly earn $30-$50 a day on Fiverr, and yesterday had $60 in orders come in. Most of my Gigs are writing Gigs and I have a system that allows me to get one done in 30 minutes or less. The $60 day I just had included one Gig where the buyer paid me $40.

The key to earning on Fiverr is performance and knowing how to market yourself. Getting to Level 2 as a Fiverr provider is essential, because then you can have Gig add-ons that make your Gigs worth $10, $20...$50 or more.

I have a WSO about this. It is not Rocket Science, but strategy and work.

  • I regularly make $30-60 a day. Some of my orders are for $40 for one Gig because of Level 2 add-ons. Becoming Level 2 is the key to making decent money on Fiverr.

  • Does anyone know what kind of software people are using to do these fiverr gigs? For example, the likes, twitter followers and some of the backlink gigs.

    • Any of the big sellers should be using proprietary software. When you're dealing with hundreds of orders on a daily basis, you don't have time to worry about your software failing, licensing issues, or updates on websites that cause the software to stop working and you have to wait for the third party developers to fix it.
  • Just looked at my revenues for the month and I am looking at 2K again. I'm thinking of trying to add some more gigs that are easy to fulfill and also ones I can up-sell. Level 2 users have a great deal in offering bonuses, and that is where the real money can be made.

My goal for next month is to increase profits and decrease time spent doing the actual work. In other words, fast fulfilling gigs.

  • I don't bother too much and a steady $30 a day comes from Fiverr. I guess getting the first few clients was hard, once they see you bring in quality the orders start to pour in. And probably half of my buyers return every fortnight, which is important as well, to be able to retain the clients you get.
  • I make $1k avg a month from fiverr without do anything much at all takes me 5 mins to complete a gig and I'm a level 2 seller haven't even bothered with any videos for my gigs but maybe I should start hm... Do more than just sit on my bum and try promoting something that might work in the long run
  • I am a level 2 seller on Fiverr and now am lucky to get 4 or 5 gigs a week.

I used to get 4 or 5 gigs a day, about a year ago.

I do not actively promote my gigs on Fiverr, so maybe that is the reason.

I also used to sell PR4 backlinks like hotcakes on Fiverr, but nobody wants them anymore...

It all depends on what you are offering and if you promote your gigs effectively.
  • I have some couple of gigs ranging from traffic to backlinking to article. looking forward to make sales.

  • Between $500 to $1500.
  • Thats cool, lots of fiverr users are making enough extra money. Well mine is not much but i make around $300 - $400 a month but i am looking to give more time to my gigs and improve my business. Hope it works
  • I'm thinking about selling on Fiverr as well. Although I am not quite sure if it's the right platform for me product?

    • What's your product?

A form of ebook / report?

  • Made about $200 in my first month of selling for gigs that literally take me like 5 minutes. Going to try and get make some gigs that I can automate with software though.
  • First off, I have never used Fiver being a seller.. So I guess ill give my opinion. I have bought a lot of gigs off fiver, voice overs mainly. But searching through the site and looking at the gig history of sellers, i can't see how any seller would waste there time. There are plebty of ways to make money on the internet. In my opinion that looks like it is a grind just to make a couple bucks.

    Great site for buyers though!
  • I've stopped using fiverr for a long time now, but when i did it was somewhere around $10

It really is too little gain which is the main reason i stopped using fiverr
  • Zero, but I've bought a boatload of cheap gigs from there.. keep up the good work!
  • My average earning per month is $750. Last month I made $1200 and this month already I am very near making $900.
  • The current target is $100, but now it's only $20.
  • I am not regularly earning from Fiverr; Last time I earn 140 USD..
  • I make $500 per month with Fiverr. Good way to earn money for beginners

    • How is that even worth the effort. A maximum of $1.50 for a 1000 words?

I can get $5 from Fiverr for 400 words and usually a lot more for my gig extras. Am I missing something with your promotion here?

For us, Fiverr.com is a great place to source for talented and reliable people to assist us in our online business.
  • I was making $1000-1500 per month on Fiverr last year (selling backlinks and backlink indexing) but it was a grind! The work itself was not difficult as it was all software generated but staying on top of orders and getting everything done in a timely manner was the issue. I could have made more putting up a website and doing upsells (great method to use) but the last thing I wanted to do was continue working in SEO.

  • I love Fiverr. It is an excellent advertisement medium for your work.

I am a member through more than a year and I have delivered hundreds of gigs.

But the interisting point is that many of my gigs delivered have encouraged satisfied buyers to order from me all or a part of their website or press release jobs.

And they pay the much more than the $5 per gig
