PDF Graphical Border

Can someone point me to a tutorial or give instructions on how to get borders in a PDF?

I have seen some WSOs that have this and they look very professional.

    Well actually you don't create it in PDF..

    PDF is something you actually Print.


    you can create borders around a Word Doc.

    -->Page Layout -->> Page Borders.

      What are you using to create the PDF? Thomas mentioned how to do it in MS Word, but you can also do it in OpenOffice by going to Format > Page... > Borders

    I use Open Office to create PDFs. It guess what I am looking for is more of an image background instead of a border.
