Absolute best way for newbie

It is easy to be overloaded with ideas on how to start internet marketing.

some say enroll to this course , buy this ebook, join the war room,
join "the challenge" , etc..

any inputs would greatly be appreciated and it would ultimately help
newbies on how to properly start this business.

      Agree with Greedy, your going to need test things and figure out whats going to work for you

      You have three routes, you have your own product, your own service or you can promote someone elses product/service

      Ive said this in a previous post but recommend starting off as an affiliate, theres going to be little start up cost, your hosting and domain, you may decide you want to purchase a theme or a particular plugin and that will cost a little more.

      Set up your site with wordpress and test out some of the things your reading in this forum, check to see what is working and whats not, see what you need to learn more about

      I had two sitting domains that im doing exactly that with, I use one for testing an affiliate site and another one i just started for a squeeze page and list building learning.

      Long term, think you should be looking at building an authority site with quality unique conent but theres a benefit to starting small and working you way up to that

          There is no 'best way' because each and every one of us is different and as such, different business models suit different people.

          Without knowing anything about you, advising you would be impossible.

          - What do you enjoy?
          - What are you good at?
          - What are your short term goals?
          - What are your long term goals?

          I would take a long think about that before seeking advice from anyone. When you know what would make you happy, people can begin pushing you in the right direction. Without that knowledge, you're not going to get the right answer for you.

      I agree I've wasted my share of time just trying to decide to get in the game and get things wrong. You might hear this response a lot just bust a move or join the life long paralysis of analysis club now serving member 100,000,001. the choice is yours.

      You will learn something if you take action on one of your ideas.

    Start creating your own info products.

    If you have hobby or you are good at something, learn how to monetize it.

    That's the best way to go for newbie. It requires no money upfront, no need for courses and mentoring.

    99% of info you need, you get online free.

    No need for SEO, article writing, video marketing, etc. You will have to invest your time however... but that's ok.

    1) find out what you want to do in life (or at least what makes you smile these days)
    2) learn how to create eBooks, Videos and short reports
    3) learn some basic copywriting skills from one of many great books (Dan Kennedy's "The Ultimate sales Letter" is perfect. Actually, work on your persuasive copywriting every day... this skill alone is the biggest asset you may have)
    4) Figure out how to turn your knowledge into info product
    5) Check if there is good market for it (so you will make some money)
    6) Create that product
    7) Sell it through JVzoo (but first get in touch with affiliates and make sure they will help you)
    8) rinse and repeat

    Of course, these are just few steps to follow. Another thing is to actually make it happen.

    Some people will say that affiliate marketing is best and fastest way to go, and that's true. But keep in mind that what you really want is FULL CONTROL over your business. As an affiliate you have no control... and, that sucks... at least in my opinion.

    And the most important thing,

    Stay away from "FAST" money making methods and "Push Red Button" gimmicks!

    Focus on yourself, get skills, learn, watch what's going on around. Learn about customers and how to get into their shoes... Learn to understand buying process. Watch yourself while buying stuff, why you buying? what motivates you? do you NEED it or do you WANT it?

    Just learn to sell stuff.

    That's my best advice

    And watch for opportunities to make business offline AND online... both worlds are good.

    1. Go to master-resale-rights.com, buy an ebook which it has give away rights.
    2. Register an autoresponder service, you can use either aweber or getresponse (you can have 1 month free trial).
    3. Create Squeezepage.
    4. Drive traffic to your squeezepage, you can use free method that takes time (by blogging or SEO) or paid method that generates traffic instantly (adwords or fb ads).
    5. Once you've built your email list, you can start promoting someone's product as an affiliate.

      The absolute best way for a newbie is to go your own way.

      You will get a lot of recommendations of different things to do from Warriors who were successful in that arena. But you have to understand that other Warriors weren't successful in that same arena, but were in another.

      No one knows you better than you do. You know your interests, talents and skill levels. So the best thing for you to do in my opinion, is spend a little time reading through some of the threads and find something that you believe you would like to do, something you believe you could do and start your own personal journey.

      Trying to do everything that all of us recommend could lead you down the path of frustration and cause you to lose heart as well as some of your cash.
