The Ultimate Fast Cash Guide - Help Required

Hey guys! This is my first real post in the forums...

I'm creating a new eBook series called "The Ultimate Fast Cash Guide". I have a bunch of topics that I want to cover, but I've narrowed it down to 5.
1) Craigslist Arbitrage
2) Ticket Brokering
3) Freebie Sites
4) Offline Marketing Consulting
5) Affiliate Marketing

I have a few dilemmas though...
1) I've heard from a few gurus that it's better to get a professional copywriter to create your "sales letter" that goes on your website or squeeze page. If this is true, what are you're opinions on this matter?
(Note - If I do hire a copywriter for my sales page, then I will either work directly with him, or edit his final work to add or take away content that I think will work better.)

2) This one's a little longer...
I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that 90%+ of sales pages for eBooks nowadays have the money back guarantee at the very end of the sales page. Not only that, but when offering a money back guarantee (MBG), you get a lot of people who will steal your product, or just returns for no good reason in general. I mean, if you have a kick butt product for sale, there should be absolutely no reason someone to return your product.

So I came up with a solution that I think is brilliant, but I want to know what you guys think.

Right under the Main Sales Title, I want to put something along the lines of this:

"I'm so confident that my product is the best out there and that anyone can make money with my eBook. If you follow my exact instructions (*notice the wording there*) in my eBook, and you still don't make any money within the next 30 days, then I will refund your money and pay you $100. Guaranteed, no strings attached!"

So now, whenever someone wants to steal my eBook, they can't, because they have to follow the guidelines of the MBG. If they follow my exact steps in the book, they will make money, I gurantee this.

I've even tested this method out a couple of times. I called a good friend of mine who is an internet marketer. I started telling him about my Craigslist Arbitrage eBook and I decided to let him in on one of my secrets. He knew absolutely nothing, and within 2 hours, I kid you not, he took $200 and turned it into $300. Not only that, but he's now doing this 4-5 times a week, doubling and tripling his money each time. So I know that my methods work, and that anyone, even with no experience, can start instantly and make money with just this one method (Remember, I'm doing 5 eBooks!).

But my dilemma is this: How can I offer a gurantee like this, if Clickbank refunds every freaking eBook almost instantly? Is there another way to offer my product through an affiliate site, or just use a common credit card service and then create my own affiliate program?

I really need some good ideas with the last one...Thanks Warriors!

You can't, and the task of looking over their proof in order to legitimize their refund is a waste of time.

Besides, if people are stealing your ebook, consider it a good thing. It means it is selling well enough to get attention.

Yea, I get what you're saying Nathan, but I was looking for a alternative to using clickbank, where I could take advantage of a better Money Back Guarantee and not have to babysit a 3rd party giving refunds to everyone.

And yea, it is a good thing when people are stealing your product, but wouldn't it be better if they wanted to steal your product, but they weren't able to? That would be optimal in my opinion...
