Asking About Free and User Friendly Project Management Online

Does anyone know which project management sites online are free and user friendly?
I have worked with project pier in the past and it needs to be installed in one's domain.. not sure but it works that way.
What i am looking for is something that can be used online without downloading any software or installing like project pier. All one has to do is sign in and manage projects. Something like that.
