How to create and monetize web blogs

My personal interest lately has been creating blogs and trying to monetize them. I have had some success but I am always looking for new strategies and ways to improve. I have been searching the internet for quite some time now and have come across some very successful and very informative programs that have really helped me improve in this area. The best information to use is, of course, from personal experience in success. Has anyone else had success in this area and would you be willing in letting me know your strategies?

    In order for your Blog to be successful it has to be regularly updated with quality content and shared by visitors. In order for people to share your blog, you have to offer original articles worth sharing. If you continue to write excellent posts and advertise your blog it's just a matter of time before you start rising the search rankings.
