There are dozens of ways to promote your website ,fast paid way is PPC (Pay per click)

- Forums Marketing related to your niche.

- Articles Marketing .

- Social networks

- Classified ads

-Traffic exchange ,put some banner ads on your site and join a network that lets you swap ad space with other sites .

You asked for quickest. I'm giving you the best ones.

Nothing beats solo ads. Immediate effect.

Another one is warriorforum banner ads if the ad subject, text and design is tested and proved to work. I even wait for whole night to get a banner approved if I'm sure about the banner. But don't forget to put a trackable link on the banner.

In my experiences, a good giveaway always generates followers/customers/fans. Promote it on social media. Make it worthwhile, people love free stuff, and make it relevant to whatever you're trying to promote

Google PPC and Facebook Advertising are probably the 2 best paid strategies to get more visitors to your site. After all, everyone that uses the Internet probably knows what Google and Facebook is and billions each day surf them daily!

PPC is good, try POF, PPV.
Facebook ads,

Banners ads from Buysellads could be a good option. They have cheap rates and could be very profitable if you find a good site to promote with.

Youtube is also good

I like to use banner ads on websites targeted to the niche you are in. You can get lots of traffic very quickly. Also the usual posting in forums and posting on blogs works well if done consistently.

I would suggest you google PPC & Pinterest for instant start.

Facebook will be helpful if only you have more friends on your list. Also..You can try Google+ that might help you reach faster.

There are a number of sites you can advertise on. At first you can try with facebook. Do your research work and set up your campaigns and go test it. Also you can advertise on high traffic blogs, forums through banner ads... You can't start right away cause your campaigns must be approved first.

Social media will definetily get you message out fast if you have the fans/followers. Facebook, Twitter and lately also Pinterest.

If you don't have the followers you can easily buy services on fiverr which sends your message/ad out to hords of followers on facebook,twitter or pinterest.

if you have a squeeze page which you want to generate traffic to then solo ads are very hard to beat as long as you use quality ones

i can easily send a few thousand targeted visitors to a squeeze page within a few hours if i needed to, if not more

ppc is also another great method but sometimes you can be waiting around for a while for your ad to get approved
